I tried to control what feels demanding, unpredictable, or overwhelming. My lesson was that true transformation rarely comes from control. In 2006, coaching was an exotic profession in Romania. Many leaders were not connected to coaching, nor exposed to that much change and complexity, or how it could accompany leadership and transformation. Choosing this path meant stepping into a field that was still emerging, without the certainty of a clear market or a predictable professional route. But sometimes our deepest choices are not entirely rational. They come from a place of inner knowing.[…] 

I see a deep human need for meaning. Regardless of industry, people want to know that their work matters. They want to contribute, not only execute. They want to be seen, not only evaluated. They want to grow and contribute, not only perform.[…]

Stop confusing exhaustion with commitment!

Burnout is not a sign of excellence. It is a signal that something in the system is not working. When people are constantly overloaded, when everything is urgent, when priorities are unclear, when leaders reward availability more than contribution, the organisation may still produce results for a while, but it is consuming its own future capacity. The shift begins with redefining performance. Leaders are asking only “What results did we get?”.[…]”
