Each year more than 200.000 EU businesses are facing insolvency, and 1,7 million jobs are lost in the EU due to insolvency. Moreover, the risk of bankruptcy is what Europeans fear most about setting up a new business: 43% of Europeans would not start a business if it might fail compared to just 19% in the United States.
Early Warning Europe is a network organisation that has cooperated on establishing national and/or regional Early Warning mechanisms in Poland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Turkey and India. More countries are in the pipeline, and we cooperate with major international organisations such as the EU, OECD and World Bank on expanding the knowledge and methodology behind our work.
We coordinate a European network of experts, authorities, researchers, associations, chambers and businesses for improving framework conditions for SMEs and entrepreneurs across Europe through networking, exchange of good practice, cooperation and access to breaking-edge knowledge.

International Organisation promoting EWEMA in Romania
WomenEsteem International Association was founded in 2020 based on the local Romanian WomenEsteem community launched at the end of 2017. The mission of the association is to support female entrepreneurs in different activity sectors, promoting collaboration instead of competition between women.
However, WomenEsteem International develops various projects promoting different directions aligning with the organization’s mission. These include entrepreneurship and business development initiatives for both women and men. The association operates with an international team from Romania, Spain, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, and publishes the monthly WEI 4U digital magazine.
In this multicultural and multidisciplinary context, WomenEsteem International promotes the European Commission – Early Warning Europe Mentor Academy initiative, fostering its mission and programs not only in the Romanian business environment but worldwide, through its international visibility and communication channels.
WEI founding members and team have extensive experience in international management and leadership, business mentoring and coaching, certified training, vocational counseling, digital marketing, and publishing.

DIANA - MARIA GEORGESCU
Founder and President of WomenEsteem International, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Delta Guide – Reshaping Perspectives, initiated the innovative business model “Business Soul2$oul“, launched in October 2019 at the conference “Future Business. Human business.” organized with the support and involvement of the Romanian-American University of Bucharest, and in pandemics, launched the personal vocation and mission identification tool “Your Native Talent” successfully used by both companies and individuals.
Diana has been part of the initial group of EWEMA Europe mentors since 2022, providing the academy with her business and mentoring knowledge gained during more than 15 years of experience in national and international management and leadership roles, contributing to the construction of the entire mentoring program dedicated to companies in need, as well as the training materials developed for future mentors.

Gabriela Niță
With over 17 years of experience in the corporate environment, Gabriela had the privilege of holding managerial positions that involved managing diverse activities, managing teams, budgets and formulating competitive strategies. Inspired by the desire to share her knowledge and experience, Gabriela started her own online business 2 years ago. During this time, she set out to expand her knowledge in Digital Marketing, get accredited in Coaching and develop her Business Mentoring skills .
Since 2023, Gabriela has been a member of EWEMA Europe‘s mentoring team. As a Mentor, she uses her experience and knowledge to guide and support entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. Her goal is to provide clarity and direction in the business development process, using the tools and resources available in the mentoring community.
